rotoworld,
With Chris Johnson staying away from offseason workouts, Javon Ringer has benefited by getting all the first-team reps.

Ringer has emerged as Johnson's clear-cut handcuff. "I think this has been really good for Javon," said OC Mike Heimderdinger. "Javon had like his redshirt year (as a rookie). ... His running ability is really good. This has been really good for him to learn the passing game, and if there’s one thing Javon was behind on last year, it was the passing game and protection."

Oh, one other thought.

Everyone assumes that due to this "30 day rule" for a non-capped year that C.J. will fold and come in. Now I agree, that loss of a year toward FA is important. But you all forget he is three years away from FA anyway. With the way he is used...will he even be able to BE a solid FA then?

I think he holds out, and he will stay held out til the Titans wise up and pay the man.
