Jake Delhomme

Fox stated he is "evaluating" the situation. It is time for a change. Delhomme has thrown for 4 TDs and 13 INTs this season.

Delhomme's interception total has reached an NFL-high 13 -- with only four touchdowns -- and coach John Fox said he'd "evaluate" whether Delhomme keeps his job. Delhomme badly overthrew two passes that led to 14 Buffalo points, and hedged when asked if he should remain the starter ahead of Matt Moore or A.J. Feeley.

"In my heart, yeah, but I mean let's be honest, I don't think I'm a dummy," said Delhomme, whose passer rating is 56.5. "When you're not playing well offensively, you always have to look at the quarterback."

Personally I say lets see what AJ Feeley can do.

I think anything will be a godsend at this point. Delhomme is horrible and is killing this team from the inside out.

I agree. Rosario is an ok pass catching TE. Steve Smith is still a viable WR. Stewart and Williams are capable RBs. The problem with this team is the QB.

The unfortunate thing about it is we don't have a first rounder to draft a viable franchise QB. Any chance we trade up into the first round? Peppers trade possibly? I'm pretty sure the Patriots have 2 first rounders.

"We all know last year was a good year that ended terribly, especially for myself," Jake said. "That's fuel to my fire to work (hard) this offseason the way we have been and I have been so far. I'm looking forward to adding a few more pieces (in the draft) on Saturday and Sunday and seeing what we can do."

this humors me.

Considering the road that Jake took to stardom in the NFL I've admired his results for several years. Sad thing is that the admiration has passed on. Jake appears to be toast. Cap hit or not it's time to pull the plug on Jake. He can come on home and coach in the Bayou state.

Or suck and get payed, either or Delhomme is a nightmare and the Panthers are going nowhere with him under center except down.
