Is Gronkowski on your radar for top 2 TE's

His arm troubles have me worried a bit and the talent of Herandez. I still think Gronk will be Brday's #1 red zone target but his days of domination at that position may be over. Anybody taking him in the 1st 3 rd;s next season in redraft. Not me.

he's still a game changer when in there. I'd look at him in the 3rd for sure.....if he's there in the 4th, i'd roll the dice all day.

I thin Gronk late 3rd early 4th is about as good as value as you'll get in the top flight te's. People jumping on Hernandez just remember he's not the picture of durability either.

Id definitely take gronk... for sure in the 4th. even if he doesn't play the entire season... almost every game he plays he puts up QB points. like 30.

First if I can get Graham I do it. IF not, I would rather wait till 5th or 6th and get witten, and not have the in and out you get with Gronk or Hernandez.

Gronk will fall too soon for my taste, but he and Hernandez will both be solid. There is over 100 receptions up for grabs, and the Lloyd experiment failed. Gronk will be top five if healthy for 12 games.

For all those who think this will be a TE heavy offense. Just remember, NE has openly gotten WR help. Yes, they dropped LLoyd, but he did nothing for them last year really. Yes, they lost Welker, which I still think is a huge loss, but they did get Amendola, who is Welker lite until he gets hurt.

They have also signed Donald Jones who could potentially be a speed deep threat from Buffalo, and were rumored to be working on an offer sheet for Emmanuel Sanders.

So they are looking to get Wrs as well, and not rely soley on the Tes.

You guys do realize that Gronk has 38 receiving TDs in his first 3 years (plus one rushing), despite missing 5 games last year (and barely playing in week 17)? In TE required leagues, he shouldn't fall past the mid 2nd and even in non TE required, he should be gone by the mid 3rd. If he has WR next to his name instead of TE, everyone would be jumping all over him. The only thing holding him back from being drafted higher is the stigma of being a TE.

Guess I'm not as worried about the injuries as much as others. Kind of a fluke on the first break and despite the 2nd break being "in a different location" according to the Patriot doctors, I gotta believe they were somehow related and somewhat caused by coming back too soon. He played through the ankle injury in 2011 and didn't miss any games.

This guy is essentially uncoverable, so hopefully he does fall because I want him on my teams despite him being kind of a meathead............

They are a heavy TE offense. No way around that.

Amandola is a downgrade from Welker and Jones doesn't have the track record that Lloyd had so that isn't an upgrade, at least until he actually does something. Unless they make another move, they are going to be rely even more on their TEs and Verren out of the backfield. Gronk and Hernandez should both have monster seasons.

This offense will revolve around gronk and hernandez and the mismatches they provide, plus the target size is optimal for Brady. None of the above mentioned receivers can offer the threat of either, and Ammendola will do a very fine job of replacing welker. (I have a dollar on it);)
