So, I believe he is in the last year of his contract, and he has a clause that pays him a locked in $16 million if he gets hurt this year. So look for him to stay on the bench wrapped in bubble wrap, then gone next year.

I am pretty sure they passed up their option on him. Had to activate this off-season. Will need to double check that though.
