12 Team PPR, 6pt all TD and yardage bonuses.

As I have it:

RB McFadden vs KC
RB Ingram vs Ind
WR V. Jackson @ Jets
WR M. William (England) Bears
RB/WR/TE Tolbert @ Jets

Bench:

RB Hardesty vs Seattle
WR J. Jones @ Minn
WR L. Moore vs Indy

Opponent has a tough bye week so just need SOLID points.

I like Tolbert this week. i am hoping myself that williams makes this his breakout game so thats who i would roll with. If i knew for sure that Hillis was basically out i would start hardesty over Ingram. I like James Jones this week as well but not over Williams or of course jackson. Its close with tolbert /JJones because matthews looks like he is ready to go. J. Jones might go deep for 1 this week.

I would also be interested in who will be covering VJAX... then again wasnt i the guy who benched austin fearing revis and then they put revis on bryant? yeah that definitely happened

Revvin' for Seven!!
RB Ingram vs Ind
WR L. Moore vs Indy

Personally I'd play ANYBODY against indy right now.

To back that up a tad, Yahoo's analysis is "Given Moore's abilities out of the slot, he likely holds more consistent value than Robert Meachem and Devery Henderson, but still is tough to recommend as anything more than a bye week fill-in." The key word is consistent when referring to your post.

The analysts said early in the week not much scoring goes on Abroad generally. You may want to look at that trend when considering Williams. Just an FYI.

Rather than start a new frame, I'm adding to this one. You gotta start V. Jax as I look at it.
I don't like Moore more than William as I look at it, just equally. But VJax gets more receptions.Moore has 20 receptions in 6 games and VJax has 23 in 5, so you gotta like VJax.

Reception totals:
James Jones has 15 over 6 games. Hardesty (RB ) has 10 over 6 games.
Tolbert has 28. Play him. Ingram has 7 over 6 games. He is listed as 3rd string as it appears too. Go with Hardesty.

Bears got conte (rookie) and wright (kinda blows) as untested (thusfar) safeties. if the bucs are smarter than the vikings (or perhaps not limited by dono's suckarm) they will throw in front of these guys lined up 30 yards deep and force them to make decisions whether under or over the top, which i would assume will lead to mistakes. Huge, loose butthole mistakes. this is why, despite the abroad lack of scoring i would think williams is decently safe. No revis on the bears to be sure :)

Scores from London starting in 2007 are: 13-10, 37-32, 35-7, 24-16. Quick math gives an average of about 40 total points a game. Drop the 2007 game and it's closer to 50. Not what I would call low scoring. Bucs have been in England since Monday so don't figure Jet lag will be an Issue. Dunno about the Bears. The weather also doesn't seem to be an issue.

So if we scratch Moore from the list of Bench options then I'm faced with Ingram or Hardesty (DE gave me a solid on Hardesty which is my gut also) and Jones or Williams @ WR2.

Is everyone happy with Tolbert @ Flex?

I think so.Especially if Gates plays he will be drawing much of the LB's attention freeing up some yards after the catch by Tolbert

i think i would go with Hardesty for sure with hillis out. dont like tolbert with mathews having a great season. plus tolbert not getting all the touches like hardesty will.

Julio hasnt practiced all week so stick with Williams. I would sit Tolbert and start Hardesty and Ingram. Harcesty is getting the guaranteed touches have no idea what Tolbert will see. Ingram should get lots of garbage carries. The Bears left early last time they were in England and said they would prefer to practice all week at home then spend the week in London.

Ok, after weighing all the great input from the Outlaw posters I'm going with:

RB Faddy
RB Hardesty...(JJ, Hawk and DE concur)
WR VJax ...(JJ, DE and Gizzil)
WR M. WIlliams...(lots of concern but Bears Fan and JJ reassured me)
Flex Tolbert ....( a lot of disagreement on this one but Ingram and Jones both have to score to be productive. Tolbert has best chance to not totally suck)

Thanks guys!

I was hoping williams was gonna pull a better game than this. i really have to think about keeping him. He is getting some catches and lots of looks but he needs to score. Hope you do well with hardesty and Tolbert. Sorry for the turnout on VJax. With players like him with his talent i go under the assumption of never sitting them.

Agreed.

Never really occurred to me to bench VJax but he was the week link.

Hardesty, Williams and Tolbert all hit double digits so I can't complain.

Stafford wasn't great either but I still have a shot at this game.

GO FADDY!

Well, u had to play him. Just like VJax and the stock market, you only have historical projections to go by.

I think you did great in your roster selections. I probably would have played Ingram and possibly Moore vs Indy and gotten half Williams' and Hardesty's points.

Really took a hit this week.

McFadden, Ingram and Stafford all went down to injury.

Doesn't look like I'll be needing any line-up help next week. I think my decisions have been made for me.

Consolation - even if you picked every position perfect, you still prob don't win because of the injuries. That's what I'd look at. The total points you could mathematically gotten, would the perfect lineup have given you enough points to win?

look to get Helu, Moreno, or Santana Moss' backup since Hightower, McGahee, and Moss are all out of commission for an extended time. others if you follow the injury list should pop up too. Helu is risky but do you really expect Torain to last the rest of the season? I thought he had a tendency to get hurt. I dumped Helu who I drafted about a week ago but am really about to pick him back up after Hightower's torn ACL.
