POSITIONS STARTERS MAXIMUM
Quarterback (QB) 1 4
Running Back (RB) 1 8
Wide Receiver (WR) 2 8

I am preparing for a 12 team draft. The breakdown of how many players at the key positions is shown above. I am wondering how deep should I go with a list of possible picks for each position. I am thinking top 50 for RB and WRs should be good and top 25 for Quarterbacks. I am trying to avoid getting in a position where I didn't prepare a deep enough list and am clueless who to pick in later rounds because all the picks I have charted are gone!!!!

You can make your own and those numbers are great as they cover the core of drafting a team. What I do rather than make my own list more extensive is go to a Supermakret, Publix, here in Florida. They have a magazine rack with loads of Fantasy Football mags. I find one that is extensive and seems to be the closest to my way of thinking. Then they have a pay copy machine, so I make several copies of the best sheet I can find. Then I can use colored highlighters to create tiers in all the categories on one copy. Then use up and down arrows to mark movement upward and downward bases on injuries and camp intel on another. Use a third copy during the draft to highlight players as they are drafted during the draft itself.

Too cheap to buy the mags. :)

LOVE your copying idea, Coach. I like your kind of thinking!

Well, aside from your Irish undefeated thing at the end there, I have some doubts about that one.

LOL, :biglaugh:

'cept I go to multiple websites and get thier rankings/ADPs and copy them to an exel and play with it some. Highlite the players I'm gonna target. Don't want to muck with the rankings too much though. That is how lots of others will be drafting. Try not to let them get any closer than 4/5 players to your target though. Someone else is probably looking at them too
