Holdout LT Marcus McNeill has reported to the San Diego Chargers, NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora reports.

It is not yet clear if McNeill has signed his restricted free-agent tender, which has been the subject of a prolonged holdout by the four-year veteran.

McNeill stayed away from all of the Chargers' offseason activities, including training camp, while protesting the lack of a long-term contract.

Mcneill turned down a one-year, $3.168 million offer from the Chargers in pursuit of a longer, more lucrative deal. He is set to earn considerably less once he signs his one-year tender.

The Chargers also placed McNeill, along with holdout WR Vincent Jackson on the roster exempt list, meaning he will not be eligible to play until three weeks after signing his deals.

Depending on when the paperwork goes through, McNeill likely will not be able to play before Week 6, when the team travels to St. Louis.
