2 versions we will take a look at using the BCS standings for seeds. In the first one I will look at a version with the 6 auto tie-in's & then the two highest schools in the BCS rankings left. They will be seeded by BCS rank. The 2nd will be straight 1-8, use the system you have designed and let it do it's job, no auto tie-in's.

Texas beats Cincinnati, making for complete domination of the State of Ohio ;)

I can't call the Alabama/TCU game. Alabama has a top rated defense, but it would be a huge test to stop that running attack of TCU, while TCU's defense could stand up to the Crimson Tide Offense.
