Has the lockout made you pay attention to sports you didnt care about before?

Im not a pro-baseball guy at all. I love October because it means the crap is over, but with no NFL, I find myself knowing a whole lot more about whats going on in MLB and AAA ball than I ever cared to.

Nope, not really. Have been watching the NBA playoffs and keeping track of that but thats usual this time of year. Not sure what i will watch in a few weeks or so when its all over. I don't like baseball at all. Too slow of a game and way too long of a season. Not into nascar or golf either. At least i do have my arena football for the next few months. And theres always womens tennis to watch.

I have always been a baseball fan. So I follow my Phillies, and my oldest son is a dire hard Reds fan. Which makes for a fun few weeks each summer when they play each other.

But I love the off field stuff as well for teh NFL. I am one of those guys who loves to dig in and find who is trading , cutting, and making roster moves. Watching where players go. That sort of thing. So I am missing that right now big time.

No. I am a fan of most sports, so I continue to watch all of them. If anything, it has made me lose touch with the NFL.

I'm enjoying the NHL playoffs (GO Canucks!). But once that's over I'm certain to be sports-free with no NFL.

Your son's and my dad's Reds kicked my ass, but luckily the Cards stole two from your Phillies!

I will add though, I still hate the NBA and have not watched one game this or last year. And won't.

There is other sports than football?

(well I am a Cubs fan... so I say again - is there other sports other than football?)

I'm usually "jones'in" for info right now too . . . and with the lockout, there is very much a void for me . . . i'm a mild nascar fan, but that's been rather boring to me lately . . . i've never really got into many other sports viewing except maybe the olympics and some extreme sports, but that is more of a casual fan of that as well.

Got my head square up MLB's ASSociation...

NFL is my fav but I've never been an off-season junkie.

No love lost yet.
