Gore Out 3 Weeks...need Waiver Advice

Gore
D Williams
M Lynch

Gore is out for 3 weeks and D Williams has a bye in week 4. M Lynch is suppose to come off the suspension list and able to play in Week 4 but will he be an impact? I need to start 2 RB's.

These are the RB's available on waiver:
Benson
Addai
Moreno
Buckhalter
Parker
K Smith
Bush
M Bell
McCoy

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
