Giants RB Andre Brown suffers a concussion

iants coach Tom Coughlin confirmed at Monday's presser that Andre Brown suffered a concussion in Sunday's win, and said he is "not 100 percent." The "not 100 percent" comment is notable in that Coughlin bypassed an opportunity to say Brown has a good chance at suiting up against the 49ers next Sunday. Brown has time to get cleared, but rookie David Wilson will likely serve as Ahmad Bradshaw's backup against the Niners' fearsome run unit.

Brown still has not been medically cleared for exercise. It looks almost certain that young Wilson will be the #2 RB this week but facing that 9er Defense is nothing to get excited about. Those that dropped the young RB may want to grab him and stash him just in case he has a good game Sunday. Too bad for me that bye weeks and other injuries do not leave me the room to play with here.
