Browns RB Chris Jennings will not be charged with a crime after allegedly hitting a bouncer in the mouth outside a Cleveland club last month.
Jennings has reached an agreement with the doorman, who has not signed the criminal complaint. The Browns are still well aware of the incident and it won't help Jennings' cause as he tries to make the team as a third-down back.

While this wasn't at all likely to result in jail time for Chris it could have led to some missed games by the suspension happy commisioner.
