Here I was facing an 0-3 weekend for the first time ever. He had Floyd and Decker. I had Gates who hadn't showed up all year. The only reason I didn't sit Gates in this past weekend's game was because I was confident that I didn't need TE points to win. Gates and a slim 3 point lead at kickoff. I went to bed after Gates broke through with a TD thinking I had a prayer of a chance but not really expecting to pull this one off. It happened, thank goodness.
How many other Outlaws stayed with Gates through the first six games? Now he's on bye but I'm hopeful he's going back to being a respectful TE the rest of the way. Thoughts?
