Forte had Orthoscopic knee surgery

I'd like to think this is the reason he sucked for so many owners this year. In our keeper league my wife can retain him for a 12th I believe. Here's to hoping that he can regain his form. I wouldn't bet the farm on that happening though.:pigsfly:
 
I wasn't high on Forte going into 2009 because I just don't think he's that good. He basically was the offense in 2008 so he put up numbers based on the huge opportunity he had for touches. The 3.9 YPC was a red flag that many chose to ignore. Cutler was supposed to open things up for him, but it actually reduced the opportunity as they became more of a downfield passing team. He still had a decent amount of receptions, but didn't do much with them.

I wouldn't expect much better in 2010. :xpopcorn:
