I guess the thread title explains what I'm looking for here. Once upon a time these guys made the news and moved the sticks. TD's? You bet they could score. Hot WW pick ups in fanasy leagues- yep- they made a difference. Studs that are now duds. Any of those types of players. Can we build a list here?

I'll start out with Miles Austin WR Cowboys. I thought maybe I'd better post who he plays for because you haven't seen much of him for the last four years. The Cowboys are expected to cut him this spring.

Davone Bess- Okay not a big name but for several years he found his way onto some team in pretty much every fantasy league. Hail he made my roster several years. Didn't put up huge numbers but he seldom got skunked. Serviceable in bye weeks and a decent enough short term injury replacement. Now he apparently has mental problems according to reports and very well might be out of the league for good.

Corey Webster CB NYG- A player that I once knew well since he came through LSU. Not a totally unexpected fall from graces at the ripe old age of 32. His body has simply let him down. Sad to say but I think the former Bengal Tiger is done in the NFL. Certainly done in fantasy leagues and has been for a while.

Rbs -
Trent Richardson - in Cleveland his rookie year, FF owners were thrilled, now???
Darren McFadden - for the 2-4 games he plays you love him, its the other 10 + that you have an issue with

Tes-
Gronkowski - can't argue what he does when he plays...but his not playing is more the norm

Hmm...who else...

Josh Freeman comes to mind.
I would argue Larry Fitzgerald hasn't earned his high draft slot in a while, not that its his fault.
Oh..how about Finley the TE in GB, every year I see him taken fairly early, to see him out by week 2 or so.

Well....lets add some more..

Steven Ridley Rb NE - lost alot of carries to Vereen and Blount - I think Shanahan is taking over in NE...yuck
Danny Amendola wr NE - Yup...some of us called it, due to injury he won't do much, but most thought he was the next Welker ....NOT!
Kenny Britt Wr Ten - BWAHaHAhAha - what a waste of talent
Mike Wallace Wr Mia - We all thought he had game , evidently Miami did not.
Shorts and MJD in Jacksonville - yeah not all of us expected much, but more than that.
Monte Ball in Den - but that may change next year if Moreno goes FA out of denver.
ANY Rb out of Miami - yuck again.
Foster in Hou - is this the start of the drop?

I think that covers the AFC pretty much, let me think on NFC some more...

Not the biggest of names but a lot of folks thought he was worth having before injuries set in is Kellen Winslow. Between said injuries and being caught with several jars of Vaseline jacking off in a Target parking lot I think it's safe to say that he's done.

Hakeem Nicks - no tds this year.....tick. could rebound in a new setting, but fits the bill for now.

Fred Davis - not a huge name, but had alotbof hype and fell completely flat.

Vick - was that the end?

Brandon Pettigrew - many felt he was the next annual top 5 TE, but has shown he can not get it done consistently.

Greg Jennings - from stud to irrelevant in one quick trip to Minnesota.

Darren Sproles - been a fun ride, but Sproles as a fantasy producer is finished.

Steve smith - not the same player

Doug Martin - before the injury he was not good.....was 1 great year all we will see?

Fitzgerald - once seen as a top 5 lock and many felt he was a sure in for many years. Just not getting it done to his level.

Harvin - can he ever stay healthy enough all year to live up to the talent?
