Flex & D/ST Help please!

I've got my lineup set except for my flex and defense...its playoffs so every point counts!

my options are :
Flex -
Ronnie Brown vs. Jets
Brandon Marshall vs. Jets
Marshawn Lynch vs 49ers


D/ST -
49ers vs Seahawks
Eagles vs Cowboys
 
Agree on Lynch. Is Denver available? This could be the only week they are a prime start and the DEF is available on nearly all waiver wires. If not or you don't feel like a gamble I'd go with the Niners, too.
 
We get a limited amount of waivers for the season, im all out and those are the 2 d/st on my roster. Appreciate the advice. Lynch and niners it is
 
Marshall

If marshall is healthy and ready to play i would start him. he tore up the jets last meeting for 10 catches 166 yards and a td.
Toss up with the defenses . Point wise would be almost the same in my opinion
 
Just saw that Marshall practiced today and declared himself 100% so he's an option for you.
