cbssports.com,
The Baltimore Sun reports that Ravens coach John Harbaugh has described the offense as becoming Joe Flacco's offense. Flacco is taking more command and making more adjustments at the line of scrimmage. He's looking to become more effective in the red zone. "I want to be able to just run the show and go up and down the field, blow out points on the board and come out successful," Flacco said. "That's what it's all about." The paper reports that 37 games into his NFL career, Flacco seems to be on the verge of turning from a developing quarterback to an elite one. WR Anquan Boldin indicated that the 25-year-old quarterback was ready to take the next step in the maturation process. "I see a guy with a lot of potential," Boldin said. "He has the ability to take over a game. For me, I'm excited to have the opportunity to grow with him."
Analysis: We expect Flacco to develop into a standout No. 1 Fantasy QB this year, and he should be considered a sleeper on Draft day. We like Flacco as a Top 10 Fantasy passer, and he's worth drafting as early as Round 5 in all formats.

I don't think he will be "elite" either. I think he will be a solid, middle of the road type Qb...that you can get solid value on later in a draft. But I don't see him making the top 7 or so.
