Not many days ago Owner Stephen Ross stated that Moore would be the starting QB for the Fish but head coach Joe Philbin now says hold your taters. Philbin went on to say that he'll make the call as to who the starter is not Ross. Quoting here Philbin said "I know he's the owner, but he might no sign my paycheck, the treasurer does." Things could be heating up shortly in Dade county.
