rotoworld,
According to the Falcons' "unofficial" training camp depth chart, Jerious Norwood is the No. 2 tailback ahead of Jason Snelling.

Norwood is the better bet for touches when the entire Atlanta backfield is healthy, but Snelling would likely receive the bulk of early-down carries if Michael Turner got hurt. Thus, Snelling is a better Turner "handcuff" for fantasy purposes. The Falcons clearly envision Norwood as only a change-of-pace back. Snelling severely outplayed him down last season's stretch.

It's probably safe to hold your breath until he's hurt.

What he said. Snelling is one of the few back-up backs that can honestly be catagorized as a decent replacement for the starter. He proved as much last year. Norwood has been slated to be the primary backup for years now and just never was able to pull off the job. Add his reliable injury history (he's still dealing with hip issues from last year) and if you took Turner you'd be doing yourself a service picking up Snelling.
