lol, wow, that is kinda funny. So much for all that sleeper hype.

So much for all that sleeper hype.

For every failed sleeper a new one arises.

Torain getting cut doesn't change the fact that the Redskins backfield is wobbly.

Throughout the pre-season, Washington has cut Parker, Anthony Alridge, Corey Davis, and Torain. Their 53 man roster now has a total of 4 RB's with one of them being Mike Sellers, a blocking back.

We, of course, are all aware of Portis and Johnson but who is the 4th back? The one that was selected over Shanny's golden boy, Torain?

His name is Keiland Williams, an undrafted rookie out of LSU.

When Portis goes down...and he will, and when LJ can't carry the load...and he can't, Williams will become Shanny's newest nobody in the making.

A sleeper is born.

Fire up the generators... turn on the Hype machine... a sleeper is born! :thrash:

Keiland Williams survived Saturday's roster cut-downs, the Washington Post reports. Williams beat out Willie Parker and Ryan Torain for a roster spot and now slots in as the Redskins' third-down back. He's behind Clinton Portis and Larry Johnson on the team's depth chart, but like any No. 3 back in the league, Williams is a just a break or two away from an expanded role.
