Eddie Royal waiver pick up?

What are your thoughts on Eddie Royal? I have a good chance to pick him up with my waiver priority, which is 2. I know he's out to slow start, but I thought he would have a great season this year. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I've started him the first two weeks but he's riding the pine week three for me.

I wouldn't burn a #2 WW on him. Probably will be able to pick him up in FA

Is Johnny Know available? I believe he has more potential the Royal at this point.

he's off to a slow start, but I think i'd grab him. he can't be this bad all year can he?

tough call. Last year, Eddie Royal had a Qb that could quickly to through his checkdowns and make complete a pass. If you weren't the top receiver on the route, you still had a great chance of getting the ball delivered to you quickly.

Orton hasn't shown the ability to make these same reads.

I figured since Orton has a noodle arm, Royal would be getting a lot of passes his way. But Orton has just sucked this year. That's why i'm on the fence about picking him up or not.
