Congratulations and good luck to him and the Eagles. I've followed Doug's career since he entered NLU in Monroe, LA. He holds many records still at the small NE Louisiana college no known as ULM. His pro career never saw his name in bright lights. After the NFL Doug became the head coach at a then brand new Calvary Christian school in Shreveport. My local school had the misfortune of lining up against the little bitty high school and getting our butts kicked soundly. After spending four years at the high school Doug returned to the NFL filling various offensive coaching positions. The deck is a little stacked against him since he will be unable to put together his first NFL staff until after the Chiefs are done in the playoffs and this is a concern but I'll be out here cheering and pulling for him. Best of luck Doug.
