Hey guys, been a while since I stopped by. Interested in getting some opinions on my upcoming keeper draft.

Last year of 5 yr/ 12 team keeper. QB/2RB/2WR/TE/K/D, 6 ALL TD's, PPR. $300 per yr, $5 each transaction. Keep any 3 with no loss of picks.

Keeping ADP, R. Rice, and SJax. (had to drop Fitz, VJax, Celek)

Many pre-season trades have been made, including a few by a team thats going into the draft with Gore, Grant, Stewert, Brady, Moss and Wayne.

I owned pick 10 in all 13 rounds.

Recently traded SJax and 3.10, 4.10, and 5.10 for Cal Johnson and picks 1.3, 3.3, and 5.3.

Some pretty good players available early in the draft-
QB- Romo, Flacco, Eli, McNabb, Kolb, Favre,...
RB- Matthews, Greene, McCoy, Wells, P. Thomas, Forte, Best
WR- Fitz, Austin, D Jax, S. Smith x 2, Colston, Crabtree, 81
TE- All but Clark, Witten

I'm guessing Greene and Matthews go before my pick at 1.3. I'm thinking I'm going Austin, and hoping that Romo falls to 1.10.

My questions-
1. If RB's go 1-2, do you chose Austin over Fitz?
2. Is there a situation where you wouldn't go WR if you were me, like Matthews falling?
3. If Romo's gone, too early to go TE at 1.10?

Sorry so long, and thanks in advance. -Kevin

Id go with Austin over Fitz.
Yeah in a keeper league Id take Matthews over them all.
1.10 is too early for any TE not catching at least 200 passes.

Appreciate the response. This is the LAST year of this keeper... everyone goes back into the pool every five years. Still take a RB3 before a starter?

Yes Austin over Fritz, and do not pick a TE that early. Zach Miller could end up doing just as well. Yes a RB3 over a TE starter.
