Donald Brown's value

What do you think Donald Brown's value is going forward? Somebody just dropped him this week so he is sitting on the WW. However, I just picked up Blount (can't believe he dropped to me) and now I really don't have anyone else to drop. Here is my team. 12 team PPR. Opinions?

QB: Matthew Stafford, Joe Flacco
WR: Miles Austin, Brandon Marshall, Dwayne Bowe, Johnny Knox, Steve Johnson
RB: Adrian Peterson, Deangelo Williams, Pierre Thomas, Brandon Jacobs, Lagarette Blount
TE: Zach Miller, Owen Daniels
DEF: Saints
K: Gostkowski

Depends on how long Addai is out for. I like Brown, but he is just coming back from injury. I wouldn't drop Blount for Brown. You are better with Blount.

Yeah I think I'm sticking with my guns. Don't really know what is going to happen in Indy with Addai, Brown, and Hart. If Blount can have another good week, I could see him getting 20 carries/game.

This is tough; nothing wrong with sitting how you are. But if I have that team, I drop Pierre Thomas for Donald Brown.

First, who knows whats happening with that injury. Then, even if Pierre returns, that NO backfield is so crowded now, I like my other backs more. At the same time, if Brown can actually get healthy, he could become the main back in Indy, which is always a nice place to have a feature back.

Again, not saying I would rather have Brown then PT, but given that specific lineup, if it was me, I would swing for the upside on if Brown can become the starter in Indy. Addai always seems to be a candidate to get hurt.

Expect Brown to be listed as questionable either way once the team's injury report is released, but it sounds like he will try to give it a go this week. The fact that he hasn't had a carry since Week 3, the risk of a setback and the potential for a time-share are factors working against him, but if you must start a Colts' back this week, it looks like he will be an option, whi... Too bad this comes up on a Monday night game. I have addai/brown in one league but it is tough to commit a RB slot to Brown since I have some other backs to play. After Sunday it is too late to get brown out if some last minute bad news comes out.

Well, Donald Brown is back on the waiver wire. With Mike Hart now injured, Addai being injury plagued, and the fact that Brown was a full participant in practice today....is he worth a roster spot? My only droppable player would be Owen Daniels or Pierre Thomas though. Not sure if I'm ready to give up on PT but I am getting sick of hanging on to him...Whatd yall think?

with Deangelo as your #2, you DEFINITELY hold on till PT gets going.....why drop the #1 in a RBBC for Brown, who is now the #3 in a RBBC with Addai/Hart(I say this because if Hart doesn't roll his ankle, we know Hart's getting the touches after Monday Night).....you'll now have 3 solid options between Blount emerging, PT healing, and Williams finally creating separation in Carolina. 1 of these will hit (Blount!), and you will be fine.....

I am high on Blount right now! Just wish he was a little quicker...but for his size he is about as quick as he can be
