Joe Philbin, who has been with the Packers since 2003 and the team's offensive coordinator since 2007, could look to bring Packers quarterbacks coach Tom Clements along with him as offensive coordinator, sources told La Canfora. Clements is a candidate with Tampa Bay and interviewed with the Bucs on Thursday.

The Dolphins, long in need of a franchise quarterback and looking for help on offense, are intrigued by Packers backup QB Matt Flynn, who is close with Philbin and obviously fits his system, source told La Canfora.

Looks like the AFC (Fins/Raiders) are determined to clean out GBs staff

I'd love for Flynn to get a shot with the Fish.

Clements is now rumored to be in line for OC with Green Bay. That'll stop the run.

Next they'll sign Finley and tag Flynn and I'll be an unhappy camper.

Have Flynn in a dynasty league, Eh!

I've read rumors both ways about who gets the contract and who gets Tagged.

I grabbed him in my keeper league near the end of the season to see where he might land. That's the same thing I did with Turner his last year on the bench with the Chargers and he went to Atlanta and has been a part of two titles for me. I sucked at QB this past season but made up for it everywhere else.

Ok....honestly can you really tag and pay a backup QB 20 something million dollars?

If so I want that job.....

The stories I've read didn't have the cost anywhere near &20 for tagging Flynn but of course you're right if the price is that high. Me, I hope he's able to get out of Green Bay.

$14 million is the figure I read for Flynn but that's a whole lot too for a backup. You're right Sarge, if that happens I'd like to have Flynn's gig as well.

I'd rather have Peyton Manning. But that's just me.

Brandon Marshall has got to be a happy camper at the possibility about to happen in Miami.

As a Dolphin fan Flynn is a shot in the dark i wouldnt mind taking instead of shooting blanks with picking up all these has beens the past few years. I am not sold on Flynn but neither am i an Moore. Moore did decent this year but I think he was playing his best ball which isn't good enough for me as a fan (for me his best was more average to me). I don't feel like the fins should be wasting a pick on a QB in the draft unless they traded up for a better pick. I do like all the changes in Miami and am looking for them to be playoff bound next year. Philbin knows Flynn better than me and if he thinks he is worth it i would be pressing my influence to get him here.
