Does this sound like a fair trade?

This is a ppr 7 man keeper league. I offered Eli Manning(4), Brandon Marshall(1), Brandon Lloyd(3), Jason Witten(6) for Rob Gronkowski(6), Ryan Mathews(3), Lions D (17), Mike Nugent(17). This team started Colt McCoy(9) for there qb this year with Locker(17) as back up kept Ochocinco as a number 1 last year and still has Peten Hillis(15) ,Jonathan Stewart(6), Joseph Addai(4), Donald Brown (17). There WRs. are Anquan Boldin(1), Jerome Simpson(17),Jason Avant(17), Jacoby Ford(17).They also have Heath Miller(11). I have not heard from them thought I might have insulted them with the offer so I was asking you guys to see if it sounded fair. Thanks for any input I get.

The numbers in () are the round it will cost you to keep these players next year.

I would not be in favor of that deal if I was the other team. Sure, his QB situation is a mess, but if you break down what you are offering, there is not way I keep Marshall at the cost of a 1. So that player is not worth much here. And I would not be thrilled with giving a 3rd or 4th for Lloyd. The TE swap goes to you by a large margin, though Witten is still quality, not the elite level of Gronk at this point. Then you have Eli and vs Mathews for clsoe to same value, I like the upside of Mathews more.

In the end, it's really Gronk and Mathews for Eli and Witten; not a deal i would make. With that said, it's not something I would be insulted by either, but something that would need worked on to work if I was the owner.

I've never been able to make a trade with the FireAnts. She's like Capital Punishment in that she loves her players, warts and all. She is planning on coming back next year. I'm sure you didn't insult her.
