Deep Sleeper RB's

Who are some deep sleepers at RB that you like? I'm not talking guys you can get in the 8-10 rd range. I am talking last couple rounds or guys that won't even get drafted in many leagues. Who you keeping your eye on?

Don't get much deeper than Jerome Messam from the dolphins. It is unclear where he will be on the depth chart or if he will even make the team but i have seen some footage of him and he is a beast. Reggie role in the running game will be much less this season and D. Thomas will have to play very well to stay in the pecking order. Also the rookie Miller who is not too shabby himself will be getting time. I look for Messam to be getting the bulk of the goaline touches and maybe making a name for himself

I'd consider Blount a mid round option, not a real deep sleeper. But I do agree, I'm not sure Blount is done with his fantasy value.

With deep sleepers, I am keeping my eyes on a homer choice of mine. Dan Heron seems to fit what Cincy does and I think has some potential behind the Law Firm. I am not sure about Law Firm overall and Heron could get a shot if an injury comes up. He has battled his own injuries this spring which has him behind, but I do like him a super long shot.

Chris brought him up, but Rainey in Pit is interesting, especially in a ppr. Goodson in Oak, IF Benson is not signed, could become a great handcuff to Dmac when he gets injured. And I may be the only one that feels this way, but I still like Moreno ;)

Agree on Blount, agree that Law Firm will stumble, Rainy will get a shot because Redmann isn't forceful enough. Too much indecision last year when he had his chance. He did get better after a couple of games but he's no replacement for Mendy. Benson, if signed will get what DMac leaves on the table. Totally disagree about Moreno but RC might get on the bus with you.

I will keep an eye on LeShure's growth/recovery, along with Best's brain, and likely own Kevin Smith. He could be a real nice component given the Lions offense and these two guys short histories. I also will keep an eye on Isaiah Pead, as Coach Fisher is gonna run the wheels right off of SJax.

Many owners are betting on RB Kendall Hunter to be the benefactor of keeping Frank Gore well rested. Might I suggest that LaMichael James may sneak into the scene here.
They apparently had plenty backs but drafted James anyhow.

Is Turner too healthy to consider Snelling. Snelling is one of the best blocking backs in the NFL and if Turner ever were to go down Snelling would most likely would not split time with any other back on the team. Guess that is not a great sleeper but more of a great cuff.

I'm going out on a limb and handcuffing Turner in my keeper league with Quiz. Not to say that I might not be wrong here. It's a ppr league and I like his upside. I've did Snelling a few years in the past and only got about 4 good games out of it in those years.
