(KFFL) Carolina Panthers RB DeAngelo Williams (foot) left Week 7 late in the fourth quarter with a foot injury; however, the injury is not believed to be serious, according to a team official, reports Steve Reed, of the Gaston Gazette.

According to NFL.com,

Day-to-day
Carolina Panthers running back DeAngelo Williams sprained a foot during the victory over the San Francisco 49ers and is considered day to day, coach John Fox said Monday. (NFL.com)

FF Today's Take: This foot sprain may cause DeAngelo Williams to miss some practice this week but it doesn't seem like he will miss any game time. If QB Matt Moore can build off his solid outing last week and the Panthers can get OT Jeff Otah healthy, Carolina's running game should start producing for fantasy owners in the second half.

I am praying they are right.

Oct 28 Williams (sprained foot) did not practice Thursday, the Rock Hill Herald's Darin Gantt reports.
Recommendation: Gantt believes that if Williams can't go Friday, he probably won't suit up Sunday against the Rams, which makes sense to us. If that ends up being the case, Jonathan Stewart's Week 8 value would get a nice boost.

Stewart owners could be happy!!!!!! In J. Stewarts 3 career starts averaging 150.3 yards
and 3 TD's. I know the Panthers have struggled but it will be the Rams.

(FFChamps) Carolina Panthers Running Back, DeAngelo Williams (foot), isn't expected to return to action until Week 10, according to Steve Reed of the Gaston Gazette.
