The Saints agreed to terms with restricted free agent SS Roman Harper on a one-year, $2.521 million tender before Monday night's deadline.

Harper is expected to put pen to paper on Tuesday, making it official. Like fellow RFA Pierre Thomas, Harper will play out the season at a bargain rate unless he can wrangle a long-term deal out of the Saints.

I'm glad to see both PT and Roman agree to sign. Now if someone would talk some sense into V Jackson I'd be a happy man.
 
There is all different in and outs with theses situations. WR Lance Moore has not signed yet but realizing he needed the reps and needed to reprove himself signed an injury waiver so he could participate in camp.
