Finnegan and the Rams have come to terms, John Glennon of The Tennessean reports. The deal reunites the feisty Finnegan with former coach, Jeff Fisher. Finnegan racked up 75 tackles and a pick in 16 games for the Titans last season, but he did rack up 100 tackles in 2010 and five picks in both 2008 and 2009, so he could easily re-emerge as an IDP option with the Rams.
