Colts activate Peyton Manning from PUP list

Manning can start practicing as soon as today. The Colts say he will begin working out on a "limited basis" and all of his activities will be "scripted and on a controlled basis

Well...now its almost certain he will start Week 1

He has already stated he won't do this.

Unless he's fully healed i doubt he starts. They wont chance getting him hurt even worse and ending his career. Indy is a .500 team without him at best.
