Everything i read says he should be a go barring a substantial setback...we will know about 2 or 230.

Austin Collie (concussion) is active for Sunday's game against the Patriots.
In his first game since that brutal hit against the Eagles, Collie will be ready for a full complement of snaps as the No. 3 receiver against the Patriots' leaky secondary. He has WR2 upside even though Blair White (shoulder) is also active.
