Everyone says Pennington has a noodle arm, Marshalls value goes down. I disagree, I say it goes up. Thanks RC for the vote of confidence. Henne has connected with Marshall for a TD in quite awhile and I think Pennigton finds a way. Keeping it simple, Yes or No TD.

I say yes but only because there is pressure on Pennington to make Marshall relevant.

Long term, I don't think it's a boost for Marshall.

If B.Marshall does catch a TD it wont be from C.Pennington, it will come via a "Wildcat" play.
