Clemens is on the block, Sage to soon follow?

rotoworld,
Multiple league sources tell ESPN New York that Kellen Clemens is on the trade block.

He played ahead of Mark Brunell in Monday night's exhibition opener, but only because the Jets were "showcasing" him. Clemens helped his market value by completing 7-of-10 passes for 84 yards. Teams that might give Clemens a look include the Bills, Bears, and Texans. The Vikings also figure to make Sage Rosenfels available, however, and he's going to draw more interest.

If I were the bears I woudl wait for Sage. He could give great insight on the Vikes offense and def. when they play twice a year. I also think he makes the better back up than Clemmens

How can the Vikes be peddling Sage?

Someone please tell me what the Vikes have in mind for next year....or the year after.

Are they REALLY gonna hand the club over to Jackson. Such a waste of 3 fine receivers.

 Sage is a better option?!?!? :nono:

Fact is Minnesota needs to draft one of the young studs coming next year. Then you have either Jackson or Sage as the holdover.

Although I keep reading how much they like Webb who they got this year in the draft.

Vikigns fan here I think shopping Sage makes sense. They need to shop him or Jackson and Childress seems sold that Jackson can still be an effective starting QB in this league. I think Sage would be a much better fit for Martz's O than would Jackson.
