Cincinnati Bengals WR Antonio Chatman: On The Bubble?

I was just reading the Chatman maybe on the bubble? It would seem that Dynasy owners might be concerned about this. I thought Chatman would be pretty secure this year?

Obviously, I need some help from Bengals homers on this one.

Part of the speculation on this is that Chatman can't be stashed on the practice squad and activated and deactivated as needed. Evidently, Chatman has too much NFL experience (7 years) to be used like this anymore?

From a Cincy perspective.....

Chatman's only real value right now is at return man. He is not even expected to be the slot reciever anymore. With Chad still there, and Coles and Henry there as well.....Chatman won't see many off. touches. Add to that the fact that Caldwell has been progressing well...and so has Simpson...

Add also to that the signing of Quan Cosby from Texas who has some real return capability...and I can easily see chatman being gone this year.

Keep an eye on Cosby folks if your league gives points for return yards and such. I got a feeling this kid is a sleeper that could be huge for them.

Great, I didn't know much about Caldwell/Simpson, know of them but only as far as what I have heard being generally good.

So Chatman may well be on the bubble.
