Chiefs cut Amani Toomer

I can't believe they vut him almost right after they brought him in. Does this have anything to do with the OC getting fired maybe?

I have to agree with both of you.

The Chiefs have placed wide receiver Devard Darling on injured reserve due to a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his knee. Darling, who was slated to start for the Chiefs, suffered the injury during their preseason game against the Seahawks on Saturday.

I don't understand the cut. Then again, I didn't understand the firing of Chan Gailey.

then again, I didn't really understand the hiring of Todd Haley as the head coach. Call me skeptical, but I didn't like the way this guy worked with players at the assistant level. This could very quickly end up disowned by the entire team in short order.
