Chicago CB Tillman out 4-10 Weeks

Bad news for those in IDP leagues.

Chicago Bears cornerback Charles Tillman recently underwent surgery on his back to clean up a disc. The Chicago Tribune reports that Tillman will miss all of training camp and could be back in time for the team's final preseason game if his recovery goes well.

Updating a previous report, Larry Mayer, of ChicagoBears.com, reports Chicago Bears CB Charles Tillman (back) said he is not worried about his back injury because he believes he will be ready for the start of the season. "I'll be fine for the season. There's no need to panic. When I panic, then you can panic. But I'm not panicking, so we're good. [Things] happen. I'm just glad it happened now versus in the season. But I'm all right. I'm always optimistic," Tillman said.

Tillman will be placed on the PUP list
