(Rotoworld) The Raiders have ruled out Chaz Schilens (foot surgery) from practicing until the start of training camp. Analysis: This will do nothing to dispel T.O. rumors. "I don't want to do anything to set it back," said coach Tom Cable. "If he's there when we go to camp -- which he will be -- I'll be happy with that." The Raiders are being smart to play it cautiously with Schilens, but he won't get any reps with new quarterback Jason Campbell until late July. He'll remain a risky late-round fantasy flier.
