Chargers signed K Kris Brown, formerly of the Texans. Nate Kaeding is out indefinitely with a groin injury, so Brown will kick field goals and extra points in the meantime. The 33-year-old beat out fellow tryout kickers Shayne Graham and Shaun Suisham in early-week practices.
