Chargers hire Mike McCoy to be their HC

McCoy has been OC for Denver the last four years and has faced the Chargers enough that he's familiar with the team. With Manning in the Mile High City there wasn't a lot for McCoy to do there anyway. The guy won with Tebow at QB for crying out loud. Surely he can help this team.

He'll be a star. Manning aside, he made Kyle Orton and Tim Tebow look respectable.

So can he save River's career? I hope so. Will this allow them to save Matthews? I doubt it.

they need Gates eventual replacement, they need Matthews replacement. But I do like the hire.
