The Ocho said he spoke to quarterback Carson Palmer for about "40 to 45 minutes" for the first time since the end of the season."I know people are trying to say we're mad at each other and all that, but we're good," he said. "We're like Brokeback Mountain. I'm going to be with Carson so much in July that I'm going to be the nanny (for his new twins).
"I'm going to babysit. We were getting down to the details. If he and the wife go out, they have to be back by three. I asked for permission to have company over."

Bengals WR Chad Ochocinco has shown up for a NON-mandatory OTA passed his physical and is ready to practice this week.
Chad had insinuated he would show up for the mandatory camp the following week so this has to be a pleasant surprise For Bengal fans.

COC has something to prove....when he's motivated, he's hard to stop. His skills have not gone away, if he has his motivation back and can go out and just be Chad, he could be in for a nice year.

Let me tell you....I think folks may be sleeping on the Bengals. The key is the improved defense. They were markedly improved in their first year with Zimmer. Add even more talent...and not letting any key talent get away....and looking at how poorly Cleveland looks, and the hits Baltimore has taken....and they very well could just sneak up on folks. The fact that COC is his old self, and no one is holdling out or griping...and the HUGE improvement from what I have read on Cook at Center....and this team could rock. I just wish they had gotten a real Rb...cause my gut is telling me Benson will bust again.
