Looks like UC is going right back to the Central Mich pipeline and hiring Butch Jones.

Butch Jones to Replace Kelly as Cincy HC
I think this is a great hire. Jones is the HC of Central Michigan (strangely enough the same school that Brian Kelly coached before he was hired by Cincy), and has a 26-13 record with them over the last 3 seasons, including an 11-2 record this year and the GMac Bowl.
Butch was an OC under Kelly back at Central Michigan then left to WVU to be an assistant coach under Rich Rodriguez, then headed back to Central Michigan to become the HC when Kelly left to Cincy.
Current interim coach for Cincy, Jeff Quinn, would like to keep the job as HC of the Bearcats after coaching as the OC under Kelly.
Perhaps Quinn can take the Central Michigan job while Jones takes over in Cincy?
