A "league source" tells ESPN's Adam Scehfter John Skelton will be the Cardinals' starting quarterback against the Browns. Kevin Kolb (concussion) is expected to be inactive despite practicing during the week, leaving Richard Bartel as Skelton's backup. Skelton has thrown for 1,032 yards, seven touchdowns and nine interceptions in parts of five games, leading Arizona to a 4-1 record. He's Rotoworld's 27th ranked quarterback for Week 15.
