The guy is a class act and I wish him the best, but I'm afraid he's a "Glass" act and will not make it the whole way.

First thing I'd do is get him out of these pre-season games. He doesn't need the reps, he doesn't need to build rapport with his receivers and extra work has a questionable effect on his body.
