Looks like with McNabb on the roster Jason Campbell isn't going to put forth any effort.

Haynesworth, Campbell are no-shows as Redskins open minicamp

Also, interesting bit at the end of the article involving the late Sean Taylor:

"The Redskins announced Friday that late safety Sean Taylor's locker will be moved from the team's training facility to FedEx Field, where it will be on public display. Taylor was shot to death at his home in Miami in November 2007. Shortly afterward, the Redskins sealed Taylor's locker behind Plexiglas, with his helmet, jersey, shoulder pads and other belongings inside."
 
Honestly can't blame Campbell. Not the best way to act morally if he wants to be traded but to each his own.
 
Well, I'm not surprised that much as it is a voluntary camp. Both are on the trading block and could be moved before/during the NFL Draft. I would think the team would wink-wink tell them not to show up at this point to keep them from getting injured pre-trade. McNabb could stand to get the extra reps in this camp to develop familiarity with the O and WRS. If Campbell wasn't at the next camp, I would raise an eyebrow.
 
Personally, I would not be shocked if Washington had not told him to stay away. You have McNabb now...and....Sexy Rexy....god I just threw up in my mouth.......

So keep him away, so you don't have any distractions. Deal him for whatever and move on.
 
Campbell has had his chance and did nothing to speak of, IMO there is nothing spectacular about him and is nothing more than a backup in a starting role.
 
Campbell gone is a no-brainer. I will say all the Haynesworth talk is interesting.
