Cam In The 3rd?

Seems low to me, but maybe not.

He ranks 4th right now, right behind the "ELITE 3", who will all go 1st or early second.

Why the big drop off for the 4th guy?
 
Most leagues will only see one QB come off of the board in the first round of re-draft leagues this year I think. There'll be a few leagues where no QB is taken in the first. There are more and more legitimate fantasy QB's that can get you big points so the position isn't as pressing as it once was. Cam is not the secret player.

Seriously, At least 2 of Brady, Brees and Rogers will be gone in the 1st in most standard 12 team leagues. Argument can be made that Brees' association on a has been team will drop his value some or that Brady is past his prime (I keep hoping) but who else do you take in the 1st?

I don't think there are enough better choices to push Brees and Brady out of the top 20 picks.
 
Have you looked at any mock drafts since the super bowl? 1 QB is the most that I have seen taken in the first. The gap between #3 and #7 is closing.
 
I think Cam's value would increase if he got more Target help. If they pick up and use a serious TE, and get a solid WR to help Smith, I think he would be more valuable to folks. But I still think they are a run first team.
 
You mean he doesnt have a serious TE threat? Would have never known that by watching the HG auctions.....

WORD! Then again, he COULD be a stud, if they just used him. Problem is they had major injury issues on the line, and had to keep him in a lot. Now he is an FA isn't he?
 
No idea to be honest....

On Cam, is take him in the third before I would take any QB in the first.
