Kind of surprising with only 3 games to go in the regular season, but I guess you can only cost the team so many games with your refusal to utilize one of the best RBs in the game to control the clock instead of firing up bombs. Jim Caldwell takes over.

According to Yahoo Sports' Jason Cole, Monday's firing of Ravens OC Cam Cameron resulted from an "accumulation of personal issues" between Cameron, Joe Flacco, and head coach John Harbaugh.
Citing team sources, Cole reports that Cameron was a "control freak" and his firing was done in large part to appease contract-year QB Flacco. Cameron was reportedly concerned with showing "everybody how smart he is every day," and "came off as a preacher at times" in the locker room. The issues between Flacco and Cameron have been public knowledge for the last two-plus seasons.

Yep, then if Rice gets blown up then what??

Not saying he should get 30 carries a game, but I would sure make sure he didn't get less than 20. Rice is on pace for 260 carries, which isn't enough. He is their best player and should be getting the ball more. Some games, he just disappears in the 2nd half and it has cost them a couple games IMO. He has a good amount of receptions (52) but they are really inconsistent. Lot of 8 catch games and a lot of 1-2 catch games. They just seem to forget about him at times. He's a young guy who doesn't take a lot of big hits like somebody like Lynch, so I think he can handle the load.
