Colts coach Jim Caldwell talked up Pierre Garcon's upside as he enters just his second full year as a starting receiver.

While his fantasy ceiling will be limited as long as Reggie Wayne is the No. 1 receiver and Dallas Clark is No. 2, Garcon will still be an impact player this year. "We really believe he's just scratching the surface," Caldwell said. "He has a lot to learn, but he's a quick study. He's getting better."

Austin Collie in 2010

rotoworld,
Colts coach Jim Caldwell believes "the sky is the limit" for Austin Collie's improvement this year.

Caldwell is similarly pumping Pierre Garcon, who is receiving the majority of the national hype this offseason. It's easy to forget that Collie outscored Garcon in fantasy points during the regular season and matched him in the playoffs. Dynasty leaguers should kick the tires on Collie while he's flying under the radar.

I saw where he pumped up both Garcon and Collie. Maybe you should combine the two threads and title it Caldwell gives Collie and Garcon the Double pump treatment.
