Browns move up one spot?

Am i missing something. Whoever they would want would still be there after the Vikes so why the move. Just don't get it.
 
See it on ESPN, that is due to the fact rumors were Tampa had a deal almost done to move up to snag Richardson. This way the Browns have it locked up. Tampa now has to fear that Minny takes Claiborne. If they do, Tampa will probably look to trade down...
 
It's on espn. Tampa Bay really wanted Richardson from what i've heard and they were also trying to trade up, so this is actually smart by the browns. Move up one spot to make sure you get your guy.

move up to that spot to prevent a trade between tampa/vikes right? because if vikes wanted trent they would not have traded. So that makes sense then, for browns to get vikes pick before tampa did. that would be the only thing that made sense is if vikes were close to trading there pick with tampa
