Browns DL Shaun Rogers Ready To Rumble?

Terry Pluto, of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, reports Cleveland Browns head coach Eric Mangini believes DL Shaun Rogers can be a leader of the team's defense because he has the intelligence and charisma to inspire teammates while making the proper reads on different plays. Although Rogers came to the team last summer with the reputation of being moody and out of shape, he has been in football shape and responsive to coaching in Cleveland.

Cleveland has a football team? J/K. Not really sure how good they are going to be this year. Don't really remember them making any moves or anything to be better than last year. So what a sub par .500 team at best. Or did i just not pay any attention to what they have done?

I think first off they need to do something about the Qb situation there. They always have so many Qb's there and never a definite starter from week to week. I can't think of them all but 2 of them are anderson and quinn and it goes on all year about the other one starting and not the one playing. Seems to be no unity among the offense.

Didn't Rogers want out of Cleveland when Mangini first was hired bfore ironing things out with him?? Rogers is an inconsistent malcontent. However, he can be GREAT at times, just not all the time....
